This is a handwritten letter from the author Hugh Walpole on headed paper sent from 24 York Terrace, Regents Park, NW1.
The paper measures 17.5 × 11.5cm, and has been folded once across the horizontal.
It is written in blue in and reads "Jan 6, 21 [?], Dear M Leon, Do bring the other books round one morning. I am always down by 9.30. I am, your sincerely, Hugh Walpole."
Condition
The letter is in good condition, a few spots of foxing, and the paper is a slightly creamier colour than the images suggest.
