The author was the President of the Institute of Brewing and a chemist and here describes the materials needed and processes used in brewing, from mashing, boiling, cooling, and fermentation, with a final chapter on distribution and bottling. Also includes appendix and bibliography, and is illustrated with a few photos and line drawings.
Condition
Good condition. The cloth binding is faded but the contents are clean and well-bound, and in strong readable condition.
