A book of African recipes written by the Senior Inspector of Education (Home Economics) in Western Nigeria. The recipes are for cereals, vegetables, pulses and nuts, eggs, salads, meat and chicken, desserts, breads etc, and a chapter on special cookery (Brazilian dishes). One of the measures seems to be "2 cigarette tins of".
Condition
Good condition, with some tanning to the page edges and rubbing to the covers but the whole remaining in strong readable condition.
