Family Footlights tells the story of the Farrar family children who spend Christmas with their aunt and produce and act in a play. This was the author's third book. She wrote particularly on music for children and was awarded the Carnegie Medal for childrens' writing in 1940.
This copy is in good to fair condition. The boards are tanned and bumped, and there is a slight lean to the spine. Eight of the illustrations have been neatly coloured in by a previous owner but otherwise the book is in strong readable condition.
