A collection of Greek folk songs, with an introduction by Countess Cesaresco on the nature of Greek songs. The Countess was a historian who studied the Risorgimento, and this book was published as a small protest about the Italian occupation of the Greek Dodecanese Islands.

This copy is in very good condition for age, There is some wear to the spine ends and foxing to the endpapers but the main body of text is in good, clean condition.
