This copy belonged to John Alun Pugh and has been signed by him to the ffep when at Oxford in 1914. Pugh was a British-born judge and Welsh nationalist, he was an early member of Plaid Cymru and was responsible for drafting their first consitutional policies. He was also father of Bronwen Astor, chatelaine of Cliveden duting the Profumo scandal.

Condition
Good condition, but with some wear. The spine is faded and the boards a little rubbed. The page have some age-related toning but the book remains perfectly readable.
