Beyond Civil Rights: A New Day of Equality
A history of the Civil Rights movement in America
First US edition, first printing hardback in dustwrapper. 21.5 × 14.5cm, 193pp.
This book was written when the author was campaigning for the Presidency of the United States in the 1968 election, and it is a history of civil rights as well as a program of participation and philosophy for the future beyond civil rights.
A good copy. There is a little wear to the wraper's edges and the ffep has been stamped D. The last few pages are creased to the top corner. The book remains perfectly readable.
