First published in 1896, this book examines human anatomy for the art student, working its way around the body from posture and the joints, through the thorax, muscles and arms etc to the head and facial expression. Illustrated throughout with line drawings and splendidly edited nude photographs.
Condition
This copy is in good condition for age. The green cloth is lightly rubbed, the inner binding a little strained in places but remaining secure. A previous owner has written her name to the ffep, and made a few marginal annotations but otherwise the book is in strong readable condition.
