The Psychedelic Reader, Selected from The Psychedelic Review (1993, first paperback printing). A collection of pieces from the journal founded in 1963 to study the mind-expanding potential of both natural and synthesized psychedelic substances.

The Psychedelic Experience, A Manual Based on the Tibetan Book of the Dead (1997, third printing of the paperback edition). All three authors had taken part in research investigating the therapeutic potential of psychedelic drugs such as LSD, psilocybin and mescaline in addition to the ability of these substances to sometimes induce religious and mystical states of consciousness.

Condition

Both books are in good readable condition. Reader has some creasing to the spine and cover. Experience is in very good order with one small scuff to the spine. Both books have light foxing to the pages' top edge.
