The Seasons is a series of four poems written by the Scottish author James Thomson. The first part, Winter, was published in 1726. Illustrated throughout.
Condition
A fair copy. The leather is heavily faded to the spine and the board's edges, and rubbed to the edges. The contents are in good condition, with some pencil underlining, and a some spotted foxing to the prelims. A good reading copy. Previous owner's bookplate to the ffep.
