A stunning cover on this guide to the electrics of motoring (battery, coil ignition, lamps, horn, wipers etc), published by Joseph Lucas, a company founded in Birmingham in 1897 and manufacturer of lamps, and electrical components for coaches, cards etc. This has a few small illustrations and technical diagrams inside but it's the cover that stands out.

Condition

Whilst there is some light bumping and creasing to the covers, this copy remains in remarkable good condition for age.
