These two volumes cover the John the Baptist, followed by a lengthy section on Jesus (most of the first volume, some of the second), and the Virgin Mary, Judas Iscariot, St Peter, St Paul, St John, Herod Antipas, St Stephen, St Paul, Cornelius, Herod Agrippa, Onesimus, Holy Angels, and Evil Spirits.
Condition
Good reading copies. The leather is rubbed with loss to the spine's title label. The pages are foxed lightly throughout and the books do have a slightly musty odour. However, the remain in firm readable condition.
