The book has an introduction by Parker Tyler and of his contributions, Hollywood Dream Suite is dedicated to C.B. who was Charles Boultenhouse, the underground filmmaker and his partner from 1945 until his death.

Condition
Whilst the book is in sound shape and in strong readable condition, the covers are heavily sunfaded and the spine is bumped with spotted foxing. Previous owner's name to the ffep "Margaret M Thayer, 1936"
