America, and the American Church examines the success of the American Episcopalian church and its congregations in different parts of the United States during this period. The book is illustrated with four sketches, but lacks the ecclesiastical map.
Poor. A rare first edition but the binding is split at the front hinge and endpaper, frontis and title page are neatly detached. As mentioned, the book has four illustrations but lacks the fold out map. The text is complete and readable with care.
