An illustrated rich history of German air attacks on Great Britain during the closing years of the Great War and the Battle of Britain in 1940. The book is in three sections. Part One covers 1917 to end of June 1940. Part Two covers the Battle of Britain itself. Each chapter covers a month of the Battle: July, Aug, Sept and Oct and has a chapter on the beginning of the blitz in Nov/Dec 1940. The third element has numerous appendices including RAF and an (incomplete) Luftwaffe air crew list. Illustrated throughout with photographs, charts and maps.

Condition

A good copy. The cloth binding is bumped and rubbed a bit with a few small surface marks and scratches. The contents are in good condition, with some light tanning and occasional creasing to the pages but it remains in strong readable condition.
