Wartime pilot dropping supplies over occupied Europe; county cricketer; housemaster teaching and disciplining mischievous teenage boys; family man and civic figure, there have been few dull moments in George Chesterton's life. And he can probably manage to turn even those into amusing anecdotes. Andrew Murtagh tells the story of this remarkable man.

Condition

The book is in good plus condition, but with some bumping to the cloth binding, mostly at the bottom corners and base of the spine. The dustwrapper also has some rubbing and creasing but is in good condition and now within a protective sleeve.
