But when one of the touring party is found dead, suspicion falls on the hapless Jeffries. His fiancee goes in tears to her employer, who happens to be the remarkable psychoanalyst and private investigator Mrs Bradley. Fortunately for all concerned Mrs Bradley takes the case, and employs all her singular talents in the task of finding the true murderer.

Condition

This copy is in very good condition. The dustwrapper is a little tanned to the spine and has some minor edgewear but has not been price-clipped and is now within a protective sleeve. The book is in good, solid shape with a little light tanning to the prelims but otherwise the pages are clean and the binding secure.
