A series of whodunits from history, including the death of William Rufus, the Princes in the Tower, the identity of Perkin Warbeck, the assassination of Colonel Rainsborough and the mystery of James de la Cloche. Williamson offers his own theories and solutions, often controversial to the (then) accepted version of events.

The book is in good strong readable condition, but has some fading to the black cloth binding. The dustwrapper is a little chipped to the edges but is now within a protective sleeve.
