Beridge was from an old Lincolnshire family and was the parson of Algarkirk. Christopher Wordsworth was the Bishop of Lincoln and the nephew of the poet William Wordsworth.
The statutes of Lincoln Cathedral, this edition including the first reissue after a hundred years of the 'Laudum' and 'Novum Registrum' of Bishop Alnwick, the 15th century Bishop. The book is printed in impenetrable Latin text...
This copy is in good condition, light wear to the covers but the text and inner binding are in good order.
