Printing Details

First edition. Hardback bound in the original green cloth with printed design. 19 × 12.5cm, 67pp + ads.

Quite a scarce mathematical text on rhythms and patterns, possibly in relation to sewing. The book originally came with cards but these are lost. It is illustrated throughout with geometric patterns. The introduction suggests this book is to be used in teaching through perception without intellectual effort.

Condition

A poor copy. The covers are heavily faded and rubbed and the inner binding is weak. Previous owner's name to the ffep is B Shreeve Bartlett which may be Brenda Shreeve Bartlett who was a First World War poet.
