Printing Details

Second edition, hardback. Bound in blue cloth with paper title label to spine. Fore-edge untrimmed. 20 × 13cm, 217pp + ads

Five lectures from William Morris, being 1. The Lesser Arts, 2. The Art of the People, 3. The Beauty of Life, 4. Making the Best of It, and 5. Architecture in Civilization.

A good copy, but there is slight loss to the spine at the head and the paper title label is worn. The contents are in good strong readable condition but the front and read endpapers and prelims are heavily foxed, and there are a few numbers stamped to the pages. Pages edges tanned. The main body of text is in good condition, the inner binding a little pulled but still secure.
