A biographical memoir of Alexander Herries-Young from boyhood to his military service in the Great War, where he was killed in action on the Somme in July 1916, having seen action at Aisne, Ypres, and Arras. The book is illustrated with photographs, amps, and his own drawings for Psalm CIV.
This is a good plus copy, with some rubbing to the boards' edges and light tanning to the pages.
