The author was a prolific German author and playwright who, according to the adverts to the rear, is a "German Edgar Wallace". This seems to be a thriller set in a theatre. Of his other novels, Klettermaxe (1952) and Make-Up (1937) were made into films.

Condition

This copy is in very good condition, with just a little foxing to the page edges, and a neat previous owner's signature to the ffep.
