1993 facsimile of the 1923 first edition
Facsimile edition. Hardback in dustwrapper. 31 × 23.5cm, xxix + 321pp
A facsimile copy of Professor Humphrey's 1923 book which describes and illustrates Bermudian architecture which concentrates mostly on the domestic but also includes post offices, streetscapes and shops. Some of the more important and older houses are given a brief history and floor-plan, but the book is predominantly a collection of Humphrey's photographic record.
This copy is in very good condition. It is a little bumped to the head of the spine but otherwise clean. Loosely inserted is a thank you card presenting this copy to Drew Foster of International Travel Connections from a grateful client.
