An attractive early Victorian book on the homes built by insects including spiders, bees, wasps, maggots, caterpillars, tree-hoppers etc and illustrated throughout with black and white wood engravings.


This copy is in very good condition. There is some scuffing to the leather at the spine and there is some loss and divots to the corners of the upper board but the book remains securely bound and the pages are clean.
