Ian Davie's first book of published poems on themes of the philosophical, spiritual, nature and love. Davie sent the poems to Sassoon a year before publication who wrote, "I find all the poems distinguished in form and feeling and deeply experienced in thought. But one which shines out above them all is Piers Prodigal. This I believe to be a poem of real importance."

Condition

The book is in very good condition, the dustwrapper is fair, with sun-fading to the spine and bumping to the edges. It has been price-clipped but is now within a protective sleeve.
