Travel and exploration in Ecuador and the Amazon by George Miller Dyott (1883–1972), an pioneer aviator as well as explorer. In On the Trail of the Unknown, he visits the volcano Tungurahua, and comes across tribes of head shrinkers. Illustrated with one map and photographic plates.
Good condition for age. There is light rubbing to the green cloth, and the first and last few pages are foxed. The contents in good order with secure binding. Faint traces of a label removed from the ffep.
