Full title: A Fieldwork Notebook of the Darent Gap between Eynsford and Shoreham, and The Sussex Coastal Plain from West Stoke to Bosham
An interesting handwritten study of the Darent Gap, from North Kent (Eynsford) to Shoreham in Sussex, with a further section on the Sussex Coastal Plain. Probably written as part of a field study for a university course, this book describes some of the landscape, geology, farms and farming along the way. There are several small black & white photographs tipped in, and hand-drawn maps.
Good condition. The covers are slightly worn and the page edges slightly curled but it appears that all photos and maps are present. It remains perfectly readable.
