This is a collection of 23 football books, all first thus (ie the first printing in these editions) and are hardbacks in dustwrapper and were published by the Sportsman's Book Club. The books (in no particular order) are:

2. Arthur Hopcraft, The Football Man (1970). The book is VG, light wear and fading to the wrapper.

4. Denis Howell, Soccer Refereeing (1969). The book is VG, light wear and fading to the wrapper.

5. John Cottrell, A Century of Great Soccer Drama (1972). Very good but with a small scuff to the spine.

6. John Marshall, Old Trafford (1973). A good copy only, wear to the rapper and some dusting to the page edges.

7. Harry Gee, Wembley: Fifty Great Years (1973). The book is VG, light wear and fading to the wrapper.

8. Alan Mullery, In Defence of Spurs (1970). A very good copy.

9. Ian Peebles, Celtic Triumphant (1968). The book is VG, light wear and fading to the wrapper.

11. Brian Glanville, Soccer: A Panorama (1970). A very good book, wrapper lightly worn and faded to the spine.

16. Bob Wilson, An Autobiography (1973). A good copy, pages slightly browned. Wrapper faded to the spine.

17. Rex Pardoe, The Battle of London; The Full Story of the Rivalry between Spurs and Arsenal from the 1880s to the 1970s. (1973). A very good copy, some staining to the spine.

18. Nobby Stiles, Soccer My Battlefield (1969). A very good book, wrapper worn and faded to the spine.

19. Kenneth Wheeler, Champions of Soccer (1971). A very good copy.

20. Bobby Moore, England! England! (1971). A very good copy, lightly faded to the spine.

21. Max Marquis, Sir Alf Ramsey, Anatomy of a Football Manager (1972). A VG copy, light wear to the wrapper.

22. Billy Bremner, You Get Nowt for Being Second (1971). Very good, slightly faded to wrapper's spine.

23. Percy M Young, A History of British Football (1969). Very good, slightly faded.

Condition

All the books are in good, strong readable condition. The dustwrappers all have a degree of faded and rubbing but otherwise a good collection. The books weigh 8kg, so postage is by courier.
