Three volumes of The Spectator, a daily publication founded by Joseph Addison and Richard Steele in England, lasting from 1711 to 1712. Each volume has an engraved frontispiece.
Good condition. There is light wear to the leather and joints but the bindings are secure. There is some foxing to each volume and volume 6 has a closed tear to page 313 which whilst running across the text, there is no loss.
