Published in association with The Anglo-Israel Alliance, this is a collection of memories of Wyndham Deedes, the British Army officer and civil administrator who was the Chief Secretary to the British High Commissioner of the British Mandate of Palestine. He served at Gallipoli and in Egypt, before joining the Civil Service. Contributors include his son, W F Deedes, Viscount Samuel and Izthak Ben-Zvi.


The book is in good condition but with a previous owner's name to the ffep. The dustwrapper is rather tatty to the edges and with wear to the joints.
