H G Wells's autobiography, written between 1932 and 1934. As well as his life, Wells also described his philosophical, political, and sociological beliefs.
A good set but with some wear. The dustwrappers are tanned to the spine and both suffer small loss to the spine ends, volume two also has a small area of loss to the rear joint. The books themselves are in sound condition, with spotted foxing throughout but quite minor.
