The book has a printed dedication to Dr E M Grace and W G Grace.

The leather is quite heavily rubbed and scuffed to the edges and spine ends, the joints are cracked but still holding. The inner binding is sound. The pages are intermittently foxed throughout but mostly clean. A scarce title.
