A collection of writings from Thomas Hood, the English poet, author and humorist. These short tales and anecdotes (such as The Grimsby Ghost) are illustrated with suitably grotesque drawings by Leech, Cruikshank and Harvey, as well as Hood's own drawings.
This is an attractive copy in good solid condition, but the spine is tanned. The inner pages are clean bar the title page which is foxed, and the binding is secure.
