The Peabody Donation Fund
The Role of a Housing Society in the Nineteenth Century
Assumed first edition, hardback rebound in plain cloth with gilt titling to spine. 25.5 × 16.5cm, 38pp.
The author was a professor of architecture, and this is a brief early history of the Peabody Trust founded in 1862, one of the largest and oldest housing associations, mostly in London and the south east.
The cloth binding is sunned to the spine but the contents are in very good condition.
