First edition, pamphlet with stapled binding. 21.5 × 14cm, 16pp.

This is a rare left-winger's guide for workers to the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953, written by George Stone, a journalist on the Socialist Leader newspaper and candidate for the I.L.P. It's an interesting piece as although the author rails against the Monarchy (past), the aristocracy, the profiteers, and the capitalists, he stops short of criticizing the Queen-to-be, indeed she actually comes in for some praise with "Fortunately, she appears to be a normal person".

This copy is in very good condition, with some rusting to the staples.
